The time I need to process an order varies. For more information, see the item descriptions.
Any customs and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyers. I am not responsible for delays caused by customs.
I accept returns and exchanges without problem
Simply contact me within: 5 days after delivery
Return the items to me within: 21 days after delivery
However, I do not accept cancellations.
But please feel free to contact me if there is a problem with your order.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged
Given the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns for:
- Perishable products (such as food or flowers)
- Digital Downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If the returned item is not in original condition, any loss in value is the buyer's responsibility.
